Position: Site Manager

Responsibility and job duties:

• Site startup for operations and ensure the implementation of company strategies
• and initiatives to meet company and customer expectations
• Build and train the managers. teamleaders and site workforce to start operation
• in proper way
• Ensure daily distribution, warehouse and light manufacturing activities at DC
• Regularly review performance and reporting including budget management
• Manage quality system and the continuous process of improvement within the
• facility, Implement and coach Lean Warehousing System
• Follow up the startup budget, responsibility for P&L setting
