Since 2018, I have been working as an independent Interim professional in the field of Supply Chain. I have been a member of the Czech Association of Interim Management (CAIM) since 2022.
I am involved in improving the performance of the supply chain framework through transformations and optimizations, proposals and all related processes. I manage projects or areas where improvement or optimization is needed. I am dedicated to solving complex and crisis situations.
