Position: Distribution Centre manager

Responsibility and job duties:

• Build European DC and manage site with 150 FTE
• Develop logistics processes, KPI’s and implement WMS
• Design operation and product flow
• Suppliers management and purchase planning
• Leading and motivating departments managers
• Budget, P&L and full fincial responsibility

Major achievements:

• Build and move to the new distribution centre
• Increase shipping volume from 60k to 500k units per month
• Implement new WMS to control operation. Develop and implement incentive system into warehouse processes
