Responsibility and job duties:

• Manage operation of two Vehicle Logistic Centers in Czech
• Ensure the development of team and Toyota staff according company policy
• Design, implement and run all logistics process flows in according to Toyota standards
• Schedule and planning hub’s operation, workshop production and vehicle distribution
• Regular reiview with suppliers, clients and reporting to HQ
• Responsibility for budget and financial results

Major achievements:

• Start and design the new Vehicle Logistic Centre in Kolin and M. Hradiště and manage daily operation and distribution
