- Manage and improve Customer service team operation process
- Revise the processes to reduce Customers backlog and extra cost
- Develop the reporting to get control and visibility for the key issues
- Daily collaboration with Whs logistics to improve to delivery outputs
- Supporting Purchasing department to reduce material shortage
- Working to reduce Inventory value
- Supporting production planning scheduling
