Responsibility and job duties:

• Improve delivery performance from monoliths suppliers to EMEA plants
• Annual spend 1.700 M €
• Set the standard process and implements to reduce and avoid backlog and
• improve delivery accuracy
• Develop the KPIs set the standards to follow up the trends
• Set the effective communication to get pro-active supplier support
• Direct contact with suppliers and Client’s customer service
• Claim process standardization and process the pending amount
