Responsibility and job duties:

• Lead, develop and manage the warehouses (components, attachments and
• assembly market) and shipping department to deliver key departmental results,
• through best practice in materials & logistics management and through building
• increased team capability
• Motivate and provide leadership to Managers with structure optimization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, develop and implement
• improvement programs in warehouse processes
• Ensure all key performance indicators are met without exception
• Delivery savings targets, wasting elimination/reduction and profitability

• Full budget and P&L responsibility

• Transfer and start attachments warehouse operation into Czech Republic
• Set process and implement Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Application
