• Work to build reporting tool with live and accurate data
• Coordination within teams to reduce the material delay and shortage
• Inventory value reduction activity

Şafak managed Robert directly
I had the chance to work with Robert during my Zentiva days.
I was the COO and Robert took over the Prague Site for a Transformation initiative of the Site Supply Performance.
His leadership helped a lot to establish the right E2E planning processes and a new system called Arkieva implementation for the site. The turnover of the SC team was high which handled very carefully and significant logistic issues due to Russia-Ukraine war and China supply crisis. And all these challenges were in the middle of a portfolio change of Zentiva supply from the site to transfer out ex Sanofi portfolio and transfer in Zentiva portfolio. Significant progress in all Supply chain KPIs and also very well managed inventory. Strong leadership and also own successor development from his own team.
